Essentials for planning your trip

The resort official check-in time is 1400hrs and the Check out time is 1200 noon. 

Depending on the resort occupancy, we will strive to have your villa available upon arrival as much as possible. However, a 100% availability cannot be guaranteed unless an early Check In supplement has been paid prior to arrival.

On your Departure day, the Platinum Plus plan will end at 1100hrs – one hour prior to official check-out time. Until 1100hrs, you can enjoy the Food & Beverage services under the Platinum Plus plan, as per your choice.

AFTER 1100hrs, all F & B services will be chargeable at a fixed charge of US$95.00 net per Adult and US$ 50.00 net for a child below 15 years. Once this supplement is paid, until departure, you may continue to enjoy the Platinum Plus package without any restrictions/limitations. 

Seaplane transfer is operated by a third party, Trans Maldivian Airlines (TMA). Flight schedules and timing is entirely at their discretion and could be at times subject to their operational requirements or the prevailing weather conditions. All booking made 72 Hours prior to arrival are subject to availability of seats and confirmation.

Seaplane transfer operates during the daylight hours only approximately between 6am to 4pm. On arrival date, for International flight landing later than 3:45pm or for night International flight arrival, transfer will be the next day, usually the morning. On departure date, we will not be in a position to arrange transfers for any International flights departing from Male's transport before 8:45am. For night International departure, transfer from the resort to the airport will be the same day as departure date, normally in the afternoon.

Flight timings are not prescheduled and will only be available in the evening prior to arrival or departure as it depends on the International flight arrivals or departure schedule. A flight to the resort may also carry passengers that arrive on other International flights and/or are flying to other resorts. An excess baggage charge of US$4/KG Iis levied for baggage exceeding the personal baggage allowance of 20KG. Payable directly to the carrier. The maximum weight allowed per checked-in baggage is 32KG. And a 5KG allowance for carry-on baggage. 

Please inform us of any requests for special assistance, or dietary requirements that may be required for the duration of your stay and we would be happy to accommodate your needs. 

Luggage is tagged at Male airport and will be delivered directly to your villa.

On your departure day, please respect the luggage pick-up time indicated on your departure letter to avoid any delays, which can hamper your transfer back to Male as well as inconvenience all other fellow passengers.
